ES3 provides specialized engineering servicing of the F-16 Canopy Sill Longeron.

ES3 will perform all preparation, repair or replace the canopy sill longeron, along with all build-up requirements for this effort.  General procedures on aircraft  include:

• Removing side skin fasteners
• Removing associated brackets and secondary structure
• Removing the Canopy Sill Longeron
• Creating templates for fastener location
• Drilling up located fasteners on bench
• Locating Canopy Sill Longeron within structure
• Back drilling remaining fastener holes
• Reinstalling all components

Training can be provided as an option if requested.
